Our goal is to make an exchange or refund as fair and easy as possible.
To do so please follow these easy steps:
- Click My Fobango to review your account
- Click Account Info
- Click Order History
- Identify the date of the order and click on date
- Click any of links on the invoice copy of your order
- Click on Create Return
- Click on appropriate drop down for “reason for return”
- A pop up will indicate you will hear back from us within 24 hours
- After approval we will provide instructions for returns.
- Take to your most convenient UPS center or Post Office for return.
